With organizations embracing prompt payments, BOQ couldn’t afford to stay behind. The client must maintain a tremendous customer retention rate at all times, so we needed to address the issue. We discussed the project with our techies and devised optimal payment strategies.
We decided to implement the New Payments Platform (NPP). NPP is an open-access payment infrastructure that allows clients’ customers to conduct instantaneous transactions. So we used a cutting-edge tech stack in conjunction with in-house tech wizards to embed this approach in the client’s system.
